Today is the Letter L—lemons, limes, lights, and lime sorbet. Leafs of herbs and orchids, linens and lavender and an Annette Lawrence drawing. It is a way to gain a new perspectives on familiar things that surround us and to see in new ways. I made lemon and lime-aid after photographing the full and cut fruits—loved its tangy taste and memories of growing lemons and limes in Florida at my parents home. The shapes and smells of the familiar are often overlooked and this is giving me pause to attend to them in new ways.
